ORDERS
Ellemm delivers your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of two to three business days if the merchandise is in stock.

SHIPPING
Before we can ship, we process your orders to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information.
All shipments of orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground shipping is estimated to be 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that larger orders can possibly take longer to prepare and ship due to the time required to inspect and pack your order. All orders are inspected and packed by hand.
All Orders are shipped using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and/or FedEx.

International Shipping
Ellemm currently ships International orders via USPS Priority (6-10 days). Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item(s) become that carrier’s responsibility and Ellemm is no longer liable. Ellemm is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the US.
Item Availability
Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory, many items are stocked in limited numbers. We update our online inventory as items come and go. If we are out of something you covet, contact us and we'll provide information on possible alternatives. Our staff is knowledgeable and eager to help.
Return Policy:
Internet returns must be made within 14 days of shipping order date for refund.
Shipping refund is not included.
Original receipt must be included with the return.
Goods must be in unworn perfect condition.
No returns on sale items , jewelry or accessories.
Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
Fill out the return form included in your order and ship to the address listed below.
Returns made beyond 30 days will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
